The FPT brand is renowned for its superior technology and modification flexibility, which means that each FPT engine is optimally tuned for use. The best example of FPT ingenuity is its extremely popular N45 road engine. The engine comes from the NEF series, a collection for highly efficient, competitively priced, compact engines ideal for heavy hauling. The N45 is equipped with 4.5 litre displacement, generating up to 118 kW (150 HP) of power with 580 nm torque. It features some of FPT’s most innovative techs, including a waste-gate turbocharge, no-EGR architecture for maximum fuel efficiency, and a re-gen free HI-eSCR system to minimise downtime and maintenance, giving each engine a longer road life.
A step above the N45 is the N67, inheriting many of its smaller cousin’s technology, but with superior output and dimensions. The power output of the N67 sits at the perfect sweet-spot of power and efficiency, fulfilling the heaviest loads you might require. The engine features a 6.7 litre displacement, generating up to 162 kW (220 HP). The series is equipped standard with HI-eSCR aftertreatment, no-EGR architecture, turbocharging, and plenty of options to maximise flexibility for your use.
If more strength is what you’re after, FPT’s Cursor 13 will meet your fancy. It features a gigantic 12.9 litre displacement pool, generating over 325 kW (435 HP) and 2140 nm of sheer power. Designed for heavy duty conditions, the engine features two-stage turbocharging, HI-eSCR aftertreatment, and a clog-free ATS system. Owing to its compact architecture, the engine delivers more than 15% torque density compared to similar engines from other manufacturers.
